Entertainment, design and delicious food!
Five competing teams of three members will prepare a meal from given ingredients and a selection of Estonian bread products. Winners will be chosen by the jury with help from the audience. Plenty of entertainment and excitement.
The event will take place on 24 September from 5 to 7 p.m. in Novell Restaurant and is free for everyone!
Come and participate or support the contestants, and listen to tips on food and cooking from professionals as well as amateurs! The selection of bread products will be provided by Leibur Bakery.
Come and experience how delicious taste will become an enjoyment! To participate, form your team (of three members), choose your ingredients from the selection and create a designer meal from bread!In addition to the ingredients, participants are also allowed to use toasters and mixers.
Novell Restaurant will provide the contestants with working surfaces with a selection of required ingredients, bread and dishes.
Each team will be given 20 minutes to prepare the meal. The jury will make their selection based on taste and serving.

Besides entertainment and joy of participation the entire winning team will be served a dinner in Novell. Surprise prizes by Leibur!
Ingredients: cherry mozzarella, roasted chicken filet, cherry tomatoes, boiled eggs, mayonnaise, butter, cream cheese, 20% sour cream, various seasonal herbs, green onion, shallot onion, kama four mixture, avocado, strawberries, salted milk-caps, lemon, lime, curd, anchovies, walnuts, wasabi paste, sesame seeds, cottage cheese, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, olive oil, blue cheese, port wine, various salad leaves (Lollo Rosso, Frisée, oak leaf salad, Radisso Rosso, lettuce, wild rucola, iceberg salad), grated ginger, honey, spices. Various types of bread: Tallinna peenleib (white rye bread), Rukkipala, Tera-Timmu, Must Vormileib, Must Seemneleib. |
