Guerrilla lighting is a war with bad lighting and a protest against wasteful use of light but most of all, guerrilla lighting is about having fun and raising the awareness of the power of light. 

Under the guidance of experienced lighting designers from Valgusklubi − Eva Tallo and Priit Tiimus − the Guerrilla lighting movement takes participants with portable low-power light sources to fight darkness and bad lighting in the Tallinn Old Town. The hands-on attack demonstrates how much can be achieved with very little by applying a little bit of skill.
