Our exhibition is a composition of drawings of 100 objects - things that have been designed; from small stuff such as a paper clip, to the really huge ones, like a plane. A pencil, a hoola hoops, a bucket and a pencil sharpener are  among them. Because design is everywhere: wherever you look, you’ll see things that have been designed.Â
I have invited 25 Polish illustrators to participate in this. The most interesting, talented graphic designers of the young generation, those who have already succeeded and those who will soon be noticed.
Each of the graphics drew 4 different objects. We present them in the alphabetical order, just like in a ABC book. Each object has its own little description which allows the recipients to learn something new: for example who designed the famous Swiss Army Knife or the coca cola bottle, or when were the wrappings of the Jedyna chocolate, the Vespa motorbike or the Converse trainers first manufactured.
The integral part of the exhibition is the  Illustrated ABC book of Design itself.†I can’t really remember which came first: the idea of creating an exhibition about design dedicated to children, or making a book about the omnipresence of design. Luckily both of those dreams came true. I hope they will be equally attractive both for kids and for their parentsâ€.
